There is currently a lot of research being conducted regarding the benefits and safety of CBD products. Currently, the FDA does not allow any claims regarding the benefits of CBD because the proper studies have not been completed and reviewed. There’s a lot of personal testimonials out there and people that will tell you what it does for them. The best way to know if CBD oil works for you is to try it and see. As far as the research goes, my favorite studies currently are those relating to CBD use in animals such as dogs and horses. I overheard a conversation at a restaurant that went like this… “Do you think CBD oil is good for dogs?” .. Response from another person… “Blue hasn’t chased a ball in a couple of years. When I started him on CBD oil he chases balls again.”
